Title: Words From The Exit Wound Artist: Napalm Death Label: Earache Product Type: COMPACT DISCS UPC: 5055006521214 Genre: Heavy Metal, Heavy Metal Release Date: 2022-01-28 Number of Discs: 1
Their final Earache album, Words From The Exit Wound signifies an end of an era for Napalm Death. Musically, the album continues in the same groovier, downtuned vein as Diatribes and Inside The Torn Apart, but also finds some of their earlier grinding intensity bubbling up to the surface again. They'd dive straight back into that sound on subsequent albums, but Words From The Exit Wound remains a fascinating listen for Napalm devotees, showcasing a vital stage in this unique band's evolution.
