Shipping policy

We provide stable and formal international delivery services covering most regions worldwide. Taking the fragile characteristics of vinyl and CD products into full consideration, we continuously optimize packaging schemes and adopt high-performance protective materials to effectively prevent dust pollution, squeezing impact, scratching and structural damage during long-distance cross-border transportation.

All goods will be sorted and checked one by one before packaging to confirm intact appearance. Vinyl records adopt multi-layer wrapping and fixed reinforcement packaging mode, while CD products are individually sealed and protected. Thick sturdy cartons are adopted for outer packaging to enhance compression resistance and drop resistance. Every package will be double checked before sealing to eliminate hidden transportation risks.

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Holidays and weekends will not be counted in processing period. Tracking information will be sent to your mailbox timely after shipment, supporting free real-time logistics checking.

Buyers shall undertake all customs tariffs, consumption taxes and other extra expenses arising from international customs clearance. Unavoidable delays caused by policy adjustment, extreme weather and logistics emergencies are not within our responsibility scope.

Once defective, broken, mismatched or missing goods are received, please submit order details and clear photographic evidence to customer service within 48 hours. We will handle after-sales matters fairly and properly, fully safeguarding your legitimate consumption rights and interests.
